4. Interview Candidates
Based on your initial choices, you can then interview, test and make sure the candidates are a perfect fit.
5. Pick, Hire + Sign
You then finalise your picks and outline the start date, duration and rate before signing the contract.
6. Onboarding
Your chosen candidates are now officially part of your team. You can begin the onboarding process and integrate the into your existing team.
7. Completion/Extension
We’ll reach out to you towards the end of your project to see if your project has come to a close or if you need to extend your contract.
